DP-66 Geiger Counter Nixie Tube Clock from Bad Dog Designs. Made from a real Polish Army Issue DP-66 Geiger Counter, originally manufactured during 1969 - 1974 at the height of the cold war. These counters have been professionally dismantled, cleaned and the cases re-machined to then allow the fitting of a reliable and accurate 4 tube Nixie Clock module.
The look and feel of the original counter has been kept, and the dial also illuminates while the clock is in operation, with a pulsating green glow coming from under the Nixie tubes, although this can be altered in settings at any time. Time and date display on 4 German Z570M Nixie tubes. 12 or 24hr display modes. Expected tube life approximately 20 years. Accurate to +/- 1 minute per year.Simple time setting with two buttons. Programmable RGB tube lighting - pulse / cycle / colourtime etc.

The Clock measures 18cm wide, 10cm deep and 10 cm tall - going up to 14cm tall to the top of the tubes. The dial area measures 7.5cm x 4cm. Comes supplied with mains adaptor, just plug in and go.
