This Vintage Nixie Tube Clock is handcrafted using new old stock tubes. These Nixie tubes are at least 30 years old, have never been used before and come from old military stock. Old school technology combined with an art deco style and handmade enclosure. Bundle with soft leather belt strongly recommended. Include vintage VFD tube, soldered board. Both batteries (real time and display). The watch is held on two bolts, in the future the strap can be easily replaced with another! 12 or 24 hour operation modes.

Real time clock battery (CR1220) life around 3 years. Display battery (Li-ion 14500 3.7V, NOT AA 1.5V as you may think) life 6 hours of continuous glow or for a month if you use the watch only to look at the time for a few seconds as intended. Simple time setting using one button.

Tubes are driven in high frequency dynamical indication and provide service for many years. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory. Charge: DC 5V and microUSB plug. Dimensions of the main boar : 75x55mm.

Dimensions of the strap: 300x80mm. Time accuracy (+/- 1 second per month) is provided by built-in RTC (Real Time Clock) based on extremely precise DS3231 module with temperature compensation and backup with CR1220 battery. Not AC frequency dependent works in all countries. Power cord and power supply are.
