50 pieces of vintage dot / eye neon indicators nixie tubes IN-28 NOS
The IN-28 is a top view Soviet neon display tube designed to be used as a single dot indicator in large tiled displays. Large numbers of IN-28 tubes would be chained together to form segmented and dot matrix patterns with each tube acting as a single pixel.
28 uses the same size envelope as the popular Soviet-made IN-4 nixie tube but is equipped with a different base, a 7 pin flying lead type that required the tube to be directly soldered into the target device. The IN-28 is very bright, and displays built using this tube have excellent visibility. Att: Photos made with flat Tesla coil, they not glow by themselves! Indicating current (no more than): 13mA.
Keep-up voltage (no more than): 175V. Firing voltage (no more than): 240V. Diameter of the tube: 31 mm. Made in "GAZOTRON" Plant in Ukraine.
