Cathode Ray Tube Nixie Clock Art Deco Vintage Unique Design CRT Valve
This is a unique cathode ray tube clock that uses a Mullard DG7-6 CRT. Lt has five unique clock faces. The pong game clock face is animated. (Self playing the game while showing the time as score) See the relevant photos. Lt runs by any USB adapter that can deliver 5V 1A.
Consumes only 2.5W after warming up. The battery back up enables the time keeping up to one month when the clock is off. Supplied with a USB cable. Approx dimensions: Length including the CRT: 18cm, Height: 21cm nominal (depends on the adjustable tube angle), Base diameter: 12cm, CRT diameter: 7cm. The glass looking acrylic case connected to the tube end houses all the electronics.
It possibly has the smallest electronics ever made for a CRT. (Everything fits into a 55x55mm printed circuit board).
